Choose the office for the record or action you need. The court that issued a warrant controls current status, release terms, payment, and recall. The Sheriff can answer service and custody questions. A city record request and a court case request may go to different offices.

• County Sheriff service or custody: Duchesne County Sheriff's Office, 21554 W 9000 S, Duchesne, UT 84021; main line 435-738-2015. Dispatch is 435-738-2424 or 435-722-4558. The Sheriff lists weekday public office hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding holidays.
• Jail: call 435-738-0190 for custody questions. The jail does not publish a warrant surrender or bond window.
• Duchesne County Justice Court: 799 E 1260 N, Duchesne, UT 84021; 435-738-0109; jcduchesne@utcourts.gov. Appearances are scheduled only. Call to confirm current hours because official page versions differ.
• Duchesne District Court: 21554 W 9000 S, Duchesne, UT 84021; 435-738-2753; 8duchd@utcourts.gov.
• Roosevelt courthouse: 255 S State Street, Roosevelt, UT 84066; 435-722-0235. Roosevelt Police uses 435-722-2330, and dispatch is 435-722-4558.

For a warrant-related request, include the issuing court, case or citation number if known, a date range, and whether you need the issuance, service, recall, or cancellation record. A signed request must describe the item with reasonable detail. The county says ordinary responses may take up to ten business days and qualifying expedited requests up to five. Fees are paid up front by card, cashier's check, money order, or cash, not by personal check.
